Liquex Logistics provides the latest in Track & Trace Proof of Delivery (POD) Technology. All Drivers are provided with hand held mobile devices to ensure on time accurate POD information to all Customers.

1. Electronic transfer of delivery details &/or (as applicable) warehouse order picking information to Liquex DC &/or Warehouse.
2. Automatic order acknowledgement & delivery ETA sent via Internet allowing improved freight tracking & delivery status notification.Additionally the delivery ETA can be forwarded to delivery customers giving advance notice.
3. Delivery documentation printed on Liquex documentation and bar code scanned. All current & historical delivery details stored at the Liquex Web page and accessible through an Internet dial in.
4. Individual Drivers electronic run sheet captured/created including electronic POD signature capture. Drivers KPI info captured ie cost versus revenue, DIFOT etc.
   
   Delivery details down loaded into accounts receivable for customer billing purposes. Run sheet data down loaded into payroll to automate driver & sub contractor payments.
   
   Liquor Logistics Warehousing Module, interfacing with client systems & transportation modules. Warehouse module automates product delivery labels, inventory management, client dial in access to inventory level & transfers next day deliveries via email to the Distribution Division. Email or online notification to customers of order pick confirmation & real time on line inventory updates as order picking confirmed by operations utilising real time RF scanners
5. Completed POD info posted to company web page for customers to access. Any customer re-orders taken by driver captured in real time & transmitted to customer or Liquor Logistics warehousing operations.
   
6. Manual POD's scanned on return to depot & stored in company data base. All POD info stored in data base accessible to Liquex Logistics customers via internet access.
